Once you have confirmed dated, signed and returned this document, we will credit your poker bankroll with a travel prize in the amount of USD 340 in respect of travel expenses related to your participation in the Event (the “Travel Prize”). It is hereby clarified that you shall be solely responsible for organizing your own travel to and from the event.
We will make hotel reservations for you and the other 888poker players at Hotel Pesaro Palace or Hotel Foscari Palace as per dates above. Selection of the hotel is determined by 888poker dependent on availability. We will notify you of your final hotel a few days before the event. Both hotels are 4 star and are nearby to each other and to the Casino.

888poker shall be responsible for arranging registration for the Event. We will send you the name and number of a representative of 888poker before your trip, whom will be on site with you as well. More information on the trip will be waiting for you at check in.
We take this opportunity to remind you that you shall be participating in the Event as an ambassador of 888poker. Your role as an ambassador of 888poker shall entail your acting at all times during the Event in such a manner that shall reflect positively on the name and reputation of 888poker. Further, as an ambassador, you may be required to perform certain public relation and promotional acts for us including but not limited to your wearing 888poker branded items of clothing during your participation at the Event and being available for interviews during which you will positively refer to the 888poker. You will also not be allowed to promote any other Internet gaming sites during your participation in the Event. A merchandise kit containing shirts and patches will be given to you at the event. It’s your choice whether to wear the branded items or to wear the 888poker patch on your own clothing.

Your participation in the Event as an ambassador for 888poker will be deemed to be your grant to Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (“Cassava”) of an irrevocable, exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide right and license to use your image, likeness and name in relation to your participation in the Event as part of any marketing or promotional materials for Cassava or any entity related to Cassava and for other uses reasonably required by Cassava for promotion of Cassava, its Internet sites or your association with Cassava.
Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (“Cassava”) reserves the right to cancel/withdraw invitations to, or the participation in live events, without monetary compensation, if your account comes or is currently under any investigation or closed/blocked – this includes reasons not limited to Fraud, disputes or any other reason – either by you or Cassava or any entity related to Cassava.
We look forward to seeing you represent us at the Event and wish you the very best of luck at the Event.
